Should I Move to Brooklyn Heights?

Posted on | February 19, 2013 | 4 Comments

Alright. Another week, another couple of Brooklyn neighborhoods to consider… Today I have my good pal Erin of Reading My Tea Leaves stopping by. She wants me to move to her beloved neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights.  And she makes a good argument y’all, Brooklyn Heights is effing beautiful and reminds me of my beloved West Village. I mean, it is where the brownstone from The Cosby Show is for goodness sake!

Oh Erin, you make Brooklyn Heights sound downright lovely. Of course Erin has a knack for making things sound lovely. Besides her perfectly charming blog (which I have been a fan of for a looooong time) she also writes beautiful things here. Thanks for weighing in, Lady Friend.

When I first moved to Brooklyn, I landed in Brooklyn Heights. It is SO gorgeous there. Wandering the streets is amazing. The Promenade is incredible. Brooklyn Bridge Park is one of my favorite places. Erin makes a great argument!

I love Erin and would hate to persuade you not to live near her, but BLUE SKY BAKERY in Park Slope. Their muffins are legit. Looking forward to having you on this side of the river!
