When The Thunder Rolls

My lil sis’ wedding was filled with many awesome moments. I could argue that the whole thing was just one, long awesome moment. But the truth is there was one spectacular moment. One of those moments that you couldn’t plan and that you’ll never, ever forget. It happened right at the end of the ceremony. The officiant was all finished and was about to announce the couple as husband and wife but before she could the most dramatic clap of thunder ever interrupted her. I am not kidding you when I say it was perfectly timed. A second earlier or later it woudln’t have been nearly as amazing. But it was loud and dramatic and effing hilarious. The photographer captured it perfectly. I just adore everyone’s facial expressions. That’s a story they’ll tell for forever, no doubt.
p.s. I’m doing my part as maid of honor by making the dorkiest and most expressive faces ever. Such a good sister.
