Popsicle Perfection

Okay. It’s officially too hot to eat anything for dessert BUT a popsicle. Here’s some ridiculously awesome looking ones. I’d like to make a new batch every morning so I could end each night with a cool, sweet treat. Doesn’t that sound pretty perfect?

Watermelon Mint Popsicles from Eating Out Loud

This one might just be too pretty to eat. Leave to Martha

Healthy Red, White and Blue Popsicles from Babble

homemade chocolately delights from Chez Beeper Bebe

The idea of combining popsicle time with happy hour excites me! How about these Mojito Pops from Erin Cooks

… or keep it simple with beer popsicles from The Kitchn. Cheers to that.

Or how about a Frosted Orange from The Varsity? All the amazing wonder of an orange creamsicle with the ease of a glass & straw. If only the brain freeze didn’t set in so quickly…
