Georgia on My Mind

Pals. Happy Friday! My Friday is extra happy because I’m writing to you from my lovely hometown. I have a dear friend’s wedding tomorrow (btdubs she has a fantastic blog – you should check it out) so I decided to make it a long weekend. I’m always keen to spend quality time with my family and friends who I miss so much when I’m in New York. As you probably know by now, trips home always fill this lady’s heart and soul with lots of love and goodness. And I can always use some of that. Speaking of, I hope you find some love and/or goodness this weekend. I will see you on the flippity. Word. XO

    I love that you love coming home so much! I’ve lived in Georgia all 26 years of my life, and have never been to a state I felt like I could love even half as much. And now my husband keeps trying to convince me we should leave!! The audacity of the thought! Though I know we would still come home to visit, and being away would probably make me love it all the more. All the same, wherever we end up, Georgia will always be home…always.
