Dressed Up Goat Cheese
Posted on | November 23, 2010 | 3 Comments
I hosted a baby shower for one of my best pals this past weekend when I was home in Atlanta. My mom helped me, of course and together we made all of the food. Everything was delish! I particularly liked this little goat cheese number. It was a quick and easy way to really dress up a regular ol’ piece of goat cheese. Ill be using this trickster again for sure.
All you have to do is roll goat cheese in chopped pistachios and dried cranberries. I did this the night before, wrapped it in plastic wrap and took it out in the morning. Slap it on a plate with some crackers and bingobango, a lovely little snack. A good make-ahead for the holiday party season, pals. And it’s so darn festive looking.

I love it! I remember doing in the past, but forgot all about it (how could I?) – this was a delish-looking reminder, thanks!

[...] Goat cheese with pistachios and cranberries (I made this ages ago when I had friends over for dinner. Looks impressive but is super simple and delicious) [...]
