Weekend Review

Great weekend. Great weather. Great friends. No complaints from me. Here’s a summary as told by iPhone pics.
Tacos and Modelos with this guy (and his lovely wife who took the picture) before he departs to Germany.
Nighttime in Washington Square Park.
A trek uptown to visit my old abode. Surreal and freaky. But oddly fine.
Something delicious to eat while watching Footloose.
Lazy strolls around the best neighborhood in the world. I’m simply head over heels in love with the West Village. It’s good to be back.
Trying to snag as much sun as I can with this view in the background.
The only thing I want to drink these days: negro modelo in a salted glass of ice with lime. Hey, don’t knock ’till you try it.
Wrapped up the weekend with a belly full of bbq on Sunday night. Sometimes, life is perfect.

This entire post convinces me that we quite possibly were separated at birth. The West Village is definitively the best neighborhood in the world, BBQ is my favorite food in the world, that Footloose snack looks like heaven, and nothing makes me happier than Negro Modelos…it’s like a mini vacay to Jamaica!

Too bad you look mediocre in that pic. OR YOU ARE THE CUTEST, FOXIEST LADY IN THE LAND. And guess what, you are living in the land of foxy ladies so to win there, that is reallllyy saying something, Chief. I mean, I win here but– come on.
