Scenes from a One Day Weekend

Guys, I have been working a lot. I only had a miniature one day weekend because I worked on Sunday. But no complaints, I made that one day count! Among other things, we whipped up some of our famous and delicious white sangria with tons of fruit in it. Which is the only way I like it.

I’m also planning a bridal shower for a dear, old friend of mine. She’s getting married in August so the shower will be in just a few short weeks. I designed the invite, printed it at home and then mounted it to a piece of blue card stock. Simple, but sweet. What sort of fun did you get into this weekend?

    Really short weekends are a bit stressful, don’t you think? The longest weekend I’ve taken for the past month and a half was a full half day. There’s just been too much schoolwork. I can’t wait until things quiet down, maybe sip some sangria and not worry for a whole day this time.
