I dream of a house. I dream of a house with a yellow door. I hope to own and live in one someday. That is all.

Yellow doors are delightful! One of the most famous yellow doors is Number 22 of Bath, UK’s Royal Crescent, a block of townhouses in a crescent shape all with white doors but one, which is painted yellow in tribute to Jane Austen, who recalled seeing a yellow door at the Royal Crescent during her travels to Bath.

so cute! my sister-in-law & her husband just bought an eichler home & painted it grey with a mustard yellow door. i’ll post pics someday :]

I just love a brightly painted door! My parents-in-laws’ is red. I’m definitely loving the yellow!

Wow… never knew I needed a house with a yellow door, but now I know I do. It’s impossible to not feel cheery when looking at that.

I have been trying to convince my husband since we moved into our house that we should paint our door yellow. I have sent him this link and maybe just maybe it will convince him.
