Let’s all shout hooray for Spring. We’re seeing inklings of warmer weather in NYC this week and I feel like a plant who was in dire need of some sunshine. I’m sure it’s just a teaser and it’ll get cold again (because it’s NYC and that’s how things are here) but for now, I’m as happy as a clam.
See what I mean! 72 on Saturday? Hot damn.

70s! Fabulous! Enjoy. btw…I’m making some pizza w/ your dough recipe tonight. I’m trying it out w/ 1/2 wheat flour. We’ll see how it goes. Just about ready for the last rise.
