what an EXCELLENT idea! it IS a jar of happiness. i have all my spare buttons tossed into a drawer…and for some reason, i never thought of a jar, even though i love glass jars.

What I can’t figure out is I started a jar of buttons over 4 years ago and mine is less than 1/10th the size of yours. I guess I am not a very active button collector. I need to either get a smaller jar so my buttons don’t look so lonely or amp up my collection skills. Your jar full of buttons does make me smile.

Reminds me of a similar button jar that sits on my mom’s work table! So great.
