Happy Birthday to Me
Posted on | November 13, 2009 | 15 Comments
That’s right, tomorrow is my 31st Birthday. Egad, not sure how that happened! Oh well, 30 was hard enough, 31 really ain’t no thang. There’s no huge celebration planned, just a small gathering with lots of wine and friends tomorrow. And I put in a special request for my absolute favorite cake in the whole world – and that would be pineapple upside down cake. It’s frickin’ delicious! Have an excellent weekend and I expect you to celebrate my birth in any way that you can. Enjoy!

Happy belated birthday! I just had my 3-0 two weeks ago (YIKES). I tried to make a pineapple upside-down cake in college once and it turned out tasting like bubblegum… not sure what happened there. If you have a good recipe do share.
