A Truly Spectacular Potato Salad

Nothing says summer like a huge pile of potato salad, preferably served along side a fresh-from-the-grill cheeseburger or some other meat product that is appropriately doused in bar-b-que sauce. Now, you should know, I like my potato salad chunky and full of all sorts of stuff. When searching for the perfect recipe I turned to me personal favorite online culinary genius, Deb of Smitten Kitchen. And as I suspected, she had just the thing I was craving, enter: Roseanne Cash’s Potato Salad. Make it for your next bbq/picnic/summery food centered gathering, you will be so glad that you did. Deb recommends singing Walk the Line whilst making it, just sayin’.
